Founder & Principal Engineer
Mohammad holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering, with a focused expertise in Transportation Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and brings strong experience in traffic impact studies, signal timing, and operational analysis. His background spans both public and private sector work, giving him a deep understanding of local policies, agency coordination, and practical design solutions.
